KMS Research and Innovation Lab LLC, Frederick, Maryland, United States, provides HumanWork Advantage as commercial early access. You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. You retain rights in your declarations and permit their processing to provide the service. Keep your credentials secure; do not misuse the service, violate others’ rights or circumvent access controls.
Two free diagnostics are included per confirmed KMS account, with no renewal of this allowance. An active Premium subscription is required from the third diagnostic. A successful diagnostic uses one allowance; rereading an existing result or retrying the same interrupted request does not use another. Premium adds a saved task map, evidence monitoring and a dashboard history of recorded threshold crossings. KMS conducts the research and records findings: no deadline for a new assessment, time saving, professional outcome or future crossing is guaranteed. Automatic emails are not included at launch. Insufficient documentation is not a conclusion about a task.
Premium is billed monthly in advance at the price and currency shown before payment. The intended launch price is USD 9.99 per month. Checkout shows the applicable total. Stripe processes payments; KMS does not store full card numbers. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through “Manage my subscription”. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid period unless refunded or otherwise required. Refunds follow the policy below.
The tool guides personal reflection about tasks. It provides no individual medical, legal, financial or career advice and must not be the sole basis for decisions concerning another person. Assessments describe a scope, source and date; they can evolve and carry uncertainty.
KMS or its licensors retain rights to the software, interfaces and methodology materials. A subscription grants a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during the access period. KMS may change the service for security, reliability, compliance or research integrity. Material KMS-caused unavailability may be reviewed under the refund policy.
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of error-free operation. The liability limitations in the KMS terms dated September 4, 2026 apply: exclusion of indirect damages where lawful and a cap of amounts paid for the service during the preceding twelve months, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable. KMS terms use Delaware law subject to those rights. Material changes will be communicated when required. Contact: contact@kmsresearchandinnovationlab.com.
